1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the UnityEd Academy website (unityed-2.myshopify.com) or purchasing any of our products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Products and Services
UnityEd Academy offers online courses, certifications, and digital resources (collectively, "Products") for parents, educators, advocates, mentors, and community organizations supporting children with disabilities and diverse learning needs.
All Products are delivered digitally. By completing a purchase, you receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the purchased content for personal or professional use.
3. Reservations
Our $30 reservation product secures your Founding Member pricing and priority enrollment for an upcoming course cohort. Your reservation payment is applied toward your course tuition. It is fully refundable through August 1, 2026. After that date, the reservation becomes non-refundable but remains applicable as a credit toward your tuition.
4. Payments
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the amount indicated for your purchase. We do not store credit card information.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including course materials, videos, worksheets, templates, text, graphics, and logos — is the property of UnityEd Academy LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent. Personal use and sharing of individual resources for non-commercial educational purposes is permitted with attribution.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense any course content
- Share account login credentials with others
- Use our content to create competing products or services
- Attempt to circumvent any access controls or security measures
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law
8. Disclaimers
UnityEd Academy's content is provided for educational purposes only. It does not constitute legal advice, and nothing on this Site should be construed as creating an attorney-client relationship. For legal matters related to special education, consult a qualified special education attorney.
We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes from using our products or services.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UnityEd Academy LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our Site or Products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing Law
