Our Commitment

We want you to feel confident purchasing from UnityEd Academy. Our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and straightforward.

Course Reservations ($30)

Your $30 seat reservation is 100% refundable through August 1, 2026. To request a refund on your reservation before that date, simply email us at hello@unityed.com with your order number and we will process your refund within 5 business days.

After August 1, 2026, reservations are non-refundable but remain fully applicable as a credit toward your course tuition.

Course Purchases

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all full course purchases. If you are not satisfied with your course for any reason within 30 days of purchase, contact us at hello@unityed.com and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

After 30 days, all course sales are final. This policy exists because our courses contain substantial downloadable resources that are delivered immediately upon purchase.

Digital Resources and Downloads

Individual digital downloads (worksheets, templates, guides) are non-refundable once downloaded, as the product is delivered immediately and in full.

How to Request a Refund

1. Email hello@unityed.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
2. Include your order number and the email address used at checkout
3. Briefly describe the reason for your request (optional but helpful)

We process all refund requests within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time varies by card issuer (typically 3–5 business days after we issue the refund).

Disputes

We always prefer to resolve concerns directly. If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to making it right.
