Valerie Close is a special education professional with more than 22 years of experience supporting students, families, educators, and school teams. With graduate degrees in Special Education and English Language Acquisition, Valerie created UnityEd to make complex educational systems easier to understand and use. Her work transforms specialized knowledge into practical tools, training, and structured support for the adults helping children succeed.
